The straightening service is an organic smoothing treatment with no formaldehyde. It is for people who want less frizz and an easier shape, not a promise of a different fibre. The result is smoother hair that is simpler to dry, and it is described on the menu as lasting up to 12 weeks. The consultation checks whether the hair is sound enough.
